Live music every Sunday. Check out the coolest market in town and enjoy top-notch performances at Santa Rosa’s West End Farmers Market’s Hootenanny Stage. Music from 10:00-1:00 : With soulful tunes born out of heartache and whiskey, The Betty Blues combines country rhythms with haunting melodies and deep sultry vocals. Influenced by the folk rock of artists such as Gillian Welch, Neko Case and Lucinda Williams, songwriter and front-woman Kristen Pearce is inspired to write stories of lost love and life’s simple and beautiful intricacies, while maintaining an upbeat groove and playful optimism. Kristen has been playing music as part of various projects in Sonoma County since 2009, playing shows with a full band under her own name for the last few years, and is now excited to be collaborating with new musicians as The Betty Blues.
