Coming up- November 22nd – Guest Chef Jill Nussinow, aka The Veggie Queen. She will reveal the of beauty squash. Jill has been teaching people about the joys eating whole food, plant-based meals for the past 25 years. For 20 of them she has been teaching at Santa Rosa Junior College as adjunct chef instructor specializing in vegetarian and vegetable classes.
On the North Bay Hootenanny Stage– This Sunday- Klezmer Creek will be performing! Delight in the great sound of Jewish folk music played by local musicians- Patti Gregg – Clarinets; Larry Gregg – Mandolin; Ellen Cruz – Percussion; Jerry Eliasar – Trumpet & Dave Ballo – Electric Bass. Music from 10:30-1:00. Santa Rosa’s West End Farmers Market hosts music from The North Bay Hootenanny every Sunday. Check out the coolest market in town and enjoy top-notch performances!
The Awesome Pretzel Cart is back!– It’s so much more than Pretzels. Chop’s Teen Club members earn valuable work experience and earn a basic food handlers certificate. It’s all part of Chop’s “Work Ready” class which is 10 weeks of skill building in class time which includes cash handling, customer service, basic food handlers certificate & resumes.
