We got a little much-needed rain last Sunday. We brought out the umbrellas and ate Goodman’s Matzo Ball Soup….

Try their Kale Alfredo, Pesto with Chicken or the classic Italian- their house-made red sauce with meatballs. How about a Grinder- their meatball sandwich with Provolone? Their bread is local and delivered fresh daily. There’s a lot of delicious possibilities and even sauce to take home.

Look Sharp! O’Malley’s Mobile Knife Sharpening will be at West End Farmers Market on the 2nd and 4th Sunday of each month. In addition to knives, bring your sissors, garden shears, circular blades and yes, even your axe to the market to get sharpened!

Giant Bubbles at West End Farmers Market every Sunday in April. Bubble master, Ron Schultz, be at the market every Sunday in April (weather permitting). Big Bubbles = Big Fun for everyone. Ron is Project Manager for “The Annual Day Under the Oaks Bubble Competition!” on May 3rd at SRJC on Bailey Field from Noon- 3:30 p.m.

The Awesome Pretzel Cart – It’s so much more than Pretzels. Chop’s Teen Club members earn valuable work experience and earn a basic food handlers certificate. It’s all part of Chop’s “Work Ready” class which is 10 weeks of skill building in class time which includes cash handling, customer service, basic food handlers certificate & resumes.
