Happy Jack’s Breakfast Tacos– Jack Chauvin, known as Catfish Jack in the local music scene, became familiar with breakfast tacos while playing music in Austin, Texas. Jack serves up Austin style breakfast tacos with hot-off-the-grill tortillas, made as you wait. His chorizo, Spanish rice, salsa & whole pink beans are all made using family recipes. Tacos choices: chorizo, eggs & jack cheese or chorizo & potato or mushrooms, spinach & eggs and for gringos that don’t eat chorizo- his El Classico- Potato, eggs and jack cheese. He also makes agua fresca (hibiscus, strawberry and others) and often has arroz con leche or coconut rice pudding. If you’re lucky, Jack will serenade you with his country blues harmonica while you eat.

Physis Foods makes To-Go Stocks, Soups, Salsa, & more. You get the convenience of supermarket-style prepared foods, but done better, fresher, and entirely from local small farm produce for the farmers’ market shopper. Choose from low sodium stocks (Roasted Vegetable Stock, Roasted Pasture-Raised Chicken Stock, Roasted Grass-Finished Beef Stock, etc); Soups ((Cream of Celery,Cream of English Green Pea, Cream of Mushroom, Asparagus & Leek Soup, Carrot Soup, Cremini & Spinach Soup, Braised & Pureed Kale Soup, Roasted Red Beet Soup)), and Salsa (when in season). Beat the summer heat with cream dessert Soups such as Peach, Basil & Cream or Strawberries & Cream!
