Celebrate Mexican heritage and culture on Cinco de Mayo weekend this Sunday at WEFM. Start with a delicious breakfast taco from Happy Jack’s Taco Co. Then pick up ingredients for your own home-made green salsa. Choose lunch items from the prepared-food menus, including fresh ceviche from our new vendor, Simply Cerviche.

You’ll find just-picked produce, herbs, baked goods, local honey, bulbs and plants, crafts, and so much more. Bring your kids, friends, dogs and enjoy a picnic on the lawn — this is a multicultural, family-friendly event. After a hot week, it’ll cool down for a pleasant Sunday fiesta to taco about.

rEVOLUTION Bread is made using old world long fermentation technics combined with modern knowledge and the cleanest, sustainable, and locally sourced (when available) ingredients. Eli Colvin rotates his bread selection depending on how he feels and he is always creating new ideas. It doesn’t matter whether its Whole grain sour, Apricot pecan whole grain with grape seed flour, Maple Beer (made with Lagunitas IPA), Rustic Italian or Pretzels… they are all made with outstanding, wholesome ingredients.

RevolutionLeisen’s Bridgeway Farms– The perfect tomato? Visit Janet Leisen to see her amazing selection (over 60) of tomato plants such as Aunt Ruby’s German Green, Pink Berkeley Tie-Dye, Black Krim and more. These plants were grown from seed, in organic see starter, under lights in the Leisen’s laundry room. They will also be planted in the ground on the farm- (approximately 1000 tomato plants) which should start producing in mid to late June. So grow your own perfect tomato or wait and get them from the Leisens. Either way… bliss!
